We are only allowing 20 teams with 2 reps to a team. The design firm must have 1 IIDA member on their team. Reps are not required to be members. We are NOT allowing student teams. A design firm may only have 1 team.
Theme and location to be announced at Pairing Party.
UnRavel will be held October 12.
Overall Disclaimer:
Design Teams and Vendors will be randomly paired by drawing names.
All sales are final and no refunds will be provided. Team pairings are non-transferrable.
All attendees must adhere to the IIDA Code of Conduct. Gateway Chapter has the right to refuse entry to anyone not adhering to these guidelines..
Unravel Guidelines
Team Guidelines:
Design teams will be comprised of (6) team members…including (1) model, (1) model assistant for the night of the event, (2) Design Team members, & (2) Vendors. Entry fees will include the cost of general tickets for these (6) members. The Team Entry fee covers the (4) members of a design firm while Rep Entry fees cover the (2) vendors.
Upon receiving your design team-vendor partnership, please remember your Vendors are a part of your team. You will be working very hard to create incredible garments, but we ask that you not take advantage of your Vendors’ kindness.
- discuss the available product lines with your vendors
- request materials with sufficient notice
- fabrication of the garment is the responsibility of the design team, but vendors may offer assistance if they so choose. The use of an “outside” seamstress will not be permitted.
- in the spirit of good sportsmanship, try to fabricate your creation using your own methods, rather than using manufacturer’s tools
- Vendors are NOT responsible for any associated costs other than materials
Hair & Makeup Guidelines:
Teams are responsible for making their own arrangements for hair and makeup. IIDA will NOT be providing stylists on site.
