Come and hear Lori Stohs, Human Capital Consultant, Author and Speaker help us to think about how we approach our roles and how we can grow our teams and effectiveness in the best way. She will discuss individual and management strategies. This will be a two-part series where we can become aware of some strategies, start to apply new learning and achieve results.
Lori is a consultant, author and speaker who works in multiple industries but specializes in the AEC industry. She has worked with numerous design and architecture and planning companies in helping them with their business strategies, people strategies and their overall health of their culture.
